Come move, stretch, smile, and cuddle adoptable puppies while supporting an amazing local rescue. It’s the perfect mix of gentle movement, laughter, and puppy love.
All levels welcome — no yoga experience needed… just a love for puppies.
Please bring your yoga mat, a comfy blanket and water.
