Event Participation & Liability Waiver

Your safety and well-being are important to us. By registering for and participating in an event hosted by The Moonlit Magic Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in our events is entirely voluntary. Our gatherings may include activities such as gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, walking on natural terrain, beach activities, crafting, and other wellness or educational experiences.

You understand that you are responsible for your own health and well-being and agree to participate only to the extent that you feel comfortable. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns that may affect your participation, you are responsible for consulting with your healthcare provider before attending.

The Moonlit Magic Co., its owners, facilitators, volunteers, venue partners, and event hosts are not medical or mental health providers. Our events are intended for educational, personal growth, and recreational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including those related to physical activity, outdoor environments, weather conditions, uneven terrain, and the use of event materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless The Moonlit Magic Co., its owners, facilitators, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Event Participation & Liability Waiver.
