Join us at Cedar Overlook Beach for a grounding Full Moon in Capricorn ceremony. With the Sun in Cancer and Moon in Capricorn, we'll work with the energies of water and earth to release what no longer serves us and create space for greater stability, clarity, and emotional balance.
Our evening will include gentle intuitive movement to help you reconnect with your body, a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation, and a sacred Full Moon release ceremony using the natural elements around us. We will also learn about protection magic and the traditional spiritual uses of ocean water, exploring ways to incorporate its cleansing and protective qualities into your personal practice.
Whether you are new to moon ceremonies or a seasoned practitioner, this gathering offers a supportive space to reflect, release, and realign with your intentions while surrounded by the beauty of the shoreline and the energy of the Full Moon.
A yoga mat, a blanket, a journal, water and mason jars to collect sand and/or ocean water. We will be discussing at home rituals that can be done with both.
To honor the time, energy and space held for this offering, full payment is required to reserve your place. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

**Parking - Upon entering the parking lot, make a right and go towards the end of the lot. You will see a blue walkway on the sand. Follow the blue path straight down and when the path takes a left turn, go to your right. We will be set up behind the sand dune for privacy.
If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will meet at Elevate Yoga (Massapequa) at the same time. Any location changes will be announced via email and social media before the event.
